Call for Artists – Vienna Arts Society 42nd Annual TREASURY OF ART juried show and sale
Vienna’s largest art show of the year is the 42nd Annual TREASURY OF ART juried show and sale, November 18 – 20 in the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St., Vienna.
Nationally known artist Jonathan Linton (www.jonathanlinton.com) will select the show from entries submitted by artists from Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and beyond.
Awards Reception: Friday, November 18, 7:00 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Show hours: Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Sunday noon – 4:00 p.m.

Pre-registration must be postmarked by Friday, November 11, 2011, and is nonrefundable. The VAS member fee is $8.00 per piece; the nonmember fee is $12.00 per piece. To pre-register, all requested information must be provided on the registration form.
Artists are invited to submit up to three (3) entries. All entries must be the artist’s original work, completed within the last three years. Oil, Watercolor, Acrylic, Collage, Mixed Media, Pastel, Drawing, Hand-pulled Prints, *Photography, and Sculpture of size and weight easily handled by one person are acceptable media.
*Photography entries must be in the edition of one. Accepted pieces can include: Traditional, Digital, and Innovative. Multiple copies of the same image will not be allowed in the show as hanging and/or bin pieces.
** At judge’s discretion, Graphic Arts & Painting, 3 Dimensional Artwork, and Photography MAY be judged separately.
