Our most popular art show is back for its 3rd installment. In June 2010, 62 artists submitted over 600 piece of art–how many babies will we have this year?
All artwork must be done on a 2 inch by 3 inch canvas.
- Each artist must submit a minimum of 5 pieces.
- The registration fee for non-members is $25 and covers up to 25 pieces for submission.
- The online submission form must be received by October 27, 2011–all artwork must be delivered to The Soundry no later than November 1, 2011.
- The opening for the show is Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 7pm-10pm.
- Canvases can be purchased at The Soundry for $2.00 each. ($1.50 each for members) Please call The Soundry to reserve your canvases! (703-698-0088)
- You may also provide your own canvases in any material as long as they measure 2″x3″ and are submitted ready to hang.
***We prefer that all baby canvas submissions be separate/individual pieces, and not mounted on a board to make 1 piece, unless the canvases are required to be together to form a storyboard, narrative, or other cohesive sequence (ie. comic strip).***
