Artists come from all over the DC metropolitan area—and beyond—to participate in Artomatic’s vibrant month-long celebration of the arts.
Artomatic transforms a vacant building into a center for the arts. Artists and community members connect in neighborhoods throughout the DC metro area through this unique arts showcase.
Visual artists exhibit a wide variety of art: painting, photography, collage, assemblage, found art, ceramics, glass, fiber, mixed media, video, furniture, jewelry, sculpture, installation, and more!
Artomatic is not juried. That is, participation is based on a first-come basis and no one needs to see your art in advance. It’s open to all artists 18 and older.

Join Artomatic in Clarendon's Mardi Gras Parade!
Join Artomatic's official parade float as part of the annual Clarendon Mardi Gras parade on February 21st!
We're looking for Artomatic artists to help light the float to make it nighttime-ready, assist in the transport and re-assembly of it in Clarendon, and the fun part--to march as part of an Artomatic contingent in the parade.

Artomatic Poster Design
Submit your own poster design for Artomatic 2012!
We're collecting poster designs from Artomatic fans that show what you love about Artomatic! Poster designs may be featured by Artomatic on our website, in our social media, and in our online and event stores. (If sold, all sale proceeds will be used to directly support Artomatic's 2012 event.)

Poster designs must be submitted by March 31, by email to marketing@artomatic.org and/or uploaded to our Flickr group.
